kim we appreciate you, so very helpful and on it. with such an extensive line All by yourself . You also were able to grab robes for us after house keeping wasnt responding after mutiple requests! house keeping employees needs another training on people skills, because they are not it. i've stayed here many times. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, and well insulated from noise, so i always get a good night's sleep. the hotel is past its glory days, a bit dated, especially around the pool area, hallways, carpets on the stairs, but, overall, i find it comfortable and a great value. it seems not very busy when i go, which tends to be weekends, i'm sure the hotel will be bought up by a chain and refurbed soon. the free breakfast is fairly basic but a nice plus - baked goods, coffee, fruit, toast, juice, waffles, eggs. microwave in room would've been nice to have. location is good, with a safeway next parking lot over, and the onramp to 280 right next door.

The experience was very good. The coffee maker in the room did not work and I did notify the front desk. Not a big deal. The overall experience was great. Enjoyed the breakfast as well. We were in town for my father-in-law's funeral. Our experience with this hotel was one less thing to worry about.||Thank you and God bless.

We’d barely stepped inside when everything was done check in was quick and easy, and the staff managed to be both genuinely warm and impressively professional. The room was spotless and quiet, with that rare nothing will bother me here comfort where everything simply works. Breakfast was absolutely worth it fresh, filling, and a great start to the day and the peaceful street outside meant we slept straight through with zero noise. For the price, the comfort and service feel like a real find, and I’d book again without hesitation.

The hotel management and staff made a good effort to keep the room looking and smelling clean and comfortable. I will definitely return to stay whenever I need a room in Sunnyvale. ||||Hopefully I have the time to use the gym and pool when I next stay with you.||(This hotel is right next to a supermarket and is super convenient!)

The hotel is very good located, just around the corner of the highway. The front desk is very friendly and gave us a earlier check in. The breakfast is quite simple.
